This website is operated by SmartBowl ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, including their features, colors and capacity. Images may include props (such as pets, phones or food) that are not included with the product, and screen colors may vary slightly. Please read the "What's in the box" section before buying: SmartBowl feeders include a USB power cable; a wall adapter is not included.

Our feeders are designed for dry kibble only. Always supervise your pets when introducing a new feeder and make sure they have access to fresh water. A smart feeder is a helper and does not replace regular care for your pets.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will refund you in full.

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. App and Wi-Fi

Some features (live camera, schedules, notifications) require a third-party mobile app and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, your phone, or the third-party app service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartBowl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept them.
