Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery time

Our feeders ship from our partner warehouse overseas. Estimated delivery time is 30–46 days from the date your order is placed. During holidays and peak seasons, deliveries may take a few extra days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update the address only before your order ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos, if the item is damaged). We will work with you to find a solution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 46 days of purchase, please contact us and we will investigate it with the carrier right away.

We currently ship to the United States. If you are outside the US, please contact us before ordering.
